From Pillsbury Grange in Derbyshire, to the Colonies, to California and beyond
Parry Pillsbury Gripp
Parry was small when he was born.  Alice expressed the opinion he should be taken back to the hospital until he stopped looking like a couple of pounds of hamburger.  But the rest of us thought he was adorable and we all wanted to hold him.

Which we did, often.  Then, Parry grew up to be much taller than Alice and we all went through the tumultuous times, remembered with cringes and cries of, "Are you kidding?"  But Mom Anne was not kidding.

But Parry was basically a very good guy and also fascinating by making nice sounds.  This resulted in his starting a group called, HerfHerder.

Parry also wrote for the Independent in Santa Barbara and did other things which were charming.
